Text Formula Saved Search Results - System Notes Field

I am trying to set a results field in a saved search using Formula Text that looks at the system notes fields.

The formula is When {systemnotes.newvalue}="Closed", then show {systemnotes.name}. Basically, when new value is Closed, provide who it was set by.

Can anyone help with this?
