How to get a sample Bank of America XML file?

Hello - so I've searched all over Suite Answers and the web and find it strange that with two large corporations like Bank of America and NetSuite, I can't readily find a sample XML ACH template to create a Payment Format File for the Electronic Bank Payments module. Seems like lots of people would have done this integration but there seems to be little in the way of actual assistance. Does anyone have a sample?
