REMINDER: Phase 1 NetSuite Release 2023.2 Production Upgrade Date
Phase 1 production upgrade to NetSuite Release 2023.2 is about three weeks away.
Please look at the New Release portlet on your NetSuite dashboard to see your upgrade date and time. If the New Release portlet is not already displayed on your Home dashboard, click Personalize > Standard Content, and select the New Release portlet.
We are reserving 4 hours for this upgrade maintenance. However, many customer upgrades are completed much faster, within 60 minutes.
Please take advantage of your free 2023.2 Release Preview account. Your Release Preview account is a copy of your production account, that has been upgraded to 2023.2. You should verify that your critical business workflows will continue to work properly after your production account is upgraded. Your Release Preview account also introduces you to the new features included in 2023.2, giving you an opportunity to test how they can be implemented by your business. Please review the
