Task ID not available on Netsuite pages

As per Netsuite Help Center, "Task IDs identify NetSuite pages. Each NetSuite page has a unique task ID."

I followed the steps to find the Task ID as given in the article:

  1. Right-click on the NetSuite page, and select View Page Source from the context menu. Note that the exact command varies by browser.
  2. Press Ctrl+F to open the search popup, and enter NLPopupHelp in the search field. Note that the search mechanism varies by browser.
  3. Press Enter, use the down arrow, or click Find Next until nlPopupHelp is part of a line of code. The nlPopupHelp value is the task ID.
