Currency Exchange Rate Integration Feature: Past Rates Were Incorrect
This change applies to customers who have the Currency Exchange Rate Integration feature enabled in your NetSuite account and receive exchange rates from Xignite.
What Has Changed
Due to an issue with Xignite, one of our data providers, your NetSuite account received incorrect exchange rates for these currency pairs:
- Canadian Dollar (CAD) to Pound Sterling (GBP)
- Pound Sterling (GBP) to Canadian Dollar (CAD)
The incorrect exchange rates were transmitted on one or more of the dates listed here:
Recommended Actions
To ensure accuracy, we suggest that you review exchange rate-related processes in your NetSuite account. You should review processes involving exchange rates that occurred on the preceding dates, including the following:
