Cumulative Value chackbox not showing on Financial Report

Hi Team,

We are trying to check the cumulative flag in a financial report based on the Balance Sheet.

Customer where flag is not showing:

We have customers with this working when we choose "alternate period range type" we see the flag showing.

But this other customer with the same report and column is not showing.

Im trying to attach images or files but is showing that I dont have permission.
