SAVED SEARCH ADVANCE PDF/HTML TEMPLATES > PRINTING APPEAR DOUBLE HEADER

Hi Gurus!

I tried to make an Advance PDF/HTML Template to print a transaction saved search but the labels appears twice and idk how to exclude them.

This is the search:


And this is how the PDF/HTML is now:



Buuuuut when I click print appears a second row of label for some of the fields:


What should I do to remove this row?
