Required Actions for New Payment Automation Features
This notice applies to customers who have the Payment Automation SuiteApp installed in your NetSuite Account.
What is Changing?
On August 22, 2023, the following new Payment Automation features will be available for NetSuite customers who have purchased the NetSuite AP Automation module:
- Payment Method Optimization Service
- Batch Approval Routing
- New Payment Statuses
Payment Method Optimization Service
The Payment Method Optimization Service is a free add-on service that identifies and continuously analyzes which of your vendors accept virtual cards as a form of payment. This feature will improve your existing NetSuite AP Automation solution, benefiting both you and your vendors. Our optimization team will collaborate with your vendors to confirm their payment preference.
