Change to Time-Based Pricing Intervals in 2023.2

edited Aug 11, 2023 3:20PM in Announcements

This notice applies to customers who have the time-based pricing feature enabled, which permits the creation of subscriptions that have pricing changes at defined time intervals. Currently, if a change order occurs between two time-based pricing intervals, that change order is overridden at the start of the next time-based pricing interval.

What Is Changing?

In NetSuite 2023.2, when a change order is created, all time-based pricing intervals that take effect after that change order and which do not modify the same field(s) as that change order, will automatically update to reflect the new change(s). Therefore, modifications from a change order now can be carried over to the following time-based pricing intervals.
