FAM: Does anyone do CSV Import Asset Disposal?

When I was doing Asset Disposal using Bulk CSV Import, I have got always errors.

CSV_MANDATORY_HEADERS: The required header fields are missing. The file must contain at least the following headers: Disposal Type, Disposal Date, Asset, and Quantity to Dispose.

I have tried to change fields in CSV Import formats with others, but I sill got same errors.
