EU Intrastat Report - VAT ID of the Partner Operator column shows incorrect value

Good morning,

In the EU Intrastat Report I get the value of the VAT ID NO.OF THE PARTNER OPERATOR column from the customer card from the "TAX REG. NUMBER" field.

In the report for the month of July I have one line that comes with a value of the digits 999… even though the customer card has the correct value updated.

As soon as I change to other letters and numbers it only changes the first 2 letters and the number stays with a value of 999….

what could be the problem?
