How do I create a saved search that shows a list of POs without user notes in the past 30 days?
My purchasing agents are required to add user notes to all POs at least every 30 days. This is to ensure timely followup with suppliers regarding the status of open POs
I want to provide my purchasing agents with a saved search that gives them a list of POs that have not had a user note added in the past 30 days.
I have created the following saved search.
The current issues I'm having are:
- The results include multiple lines of the same PO.
- The search is not limiting the results to only those POs without user notes in the past 30 days.
