We need to set up the Electronic Bank Payment to use it with Silicon Valley Bank, and I'll try to explain what we are facing right now, sorted by steps
We have already paid for advanced bundle and it is installed. Howhever, we are in the very first steps and the documentations seems to be out of date.
The documentation that we received from our AMO, require us to install this bundle:
Installing the Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp Navigate to Customization > SuiteBundler > Search and Install Bundles Bundle Name: Electronic Bank Payments Bundle ID: 367156 (2021.1) **Is no longer used, Now is 116144 Location: Production Availability: Public.
Please note that this bundle is not the Electronic Bank Payment itself but the SuiteApp License Client (which we also already have installed).
The bundle we have installed is bundle 464729. Is that correct?
Moving forward, the first thing that we have to do is create the Company Bank Details "Payment>Setup>Bank details" (also outdated in documentation)
To create our bank details, we need the EFT Template. However, this template does not exist:
Next, we proceed to create the Payment File Format.
Currently, we are facing a warning about this process:
How can we use the SuiteTax Bank File Template? I couldn't find anything related to it in the Suiteanswers.
Regarding the creation of the EFT Template, what kind of information do we need?
Do we have to request the "field validator" and the "bank File Template" to the bank?
Does a template exist for Silicon Valley Bank?
