Upload File but Do not Access Other Files
How to set this in Netsuite.
We want them to upload files like for Employee expenses , item photos but we do not need them to have access to the document and files menu.
In other words, users should only be able to see their own file except for company wide files.
Also the private file checkbox is not always available in file record view. Same when we add file via the pop-up in expenses report, other transactions.
