Sandbox access
I developed some new upload templates for my staff for a new transaction type I created to post credit cards through an upload. They wanted to test their skill in using it in our sandbox, however at this point it appears that I am the only one who has access to our sandbox. I am an administrator, but there is also another administrator who should have access and it is not showing as available to her. Other users are set up but it does not appear as available to them.
Can anyone suggest a reason for this and/or how to fix? If not I will put in a support ticket.
