New to NetSuite | Custom Record Feature
A Custom Record is a NetSuite feature that collect information specific to the needs of your business. You can attach information from custom records to entities, items, or transactions using custom fields.
In this user interface, you have the capability to fashion unique record classifications and manage individual cases falling under those classifications. It's important to note that using SuiteScript for generating new custom record classifications or altering pre-existing ones is not supported. Nevertheless, SuiteScript proves valuable for engaging with instances connected to established custom record classifications.
To enable the Custom Records feature, go to Setup > Company > Enable Features > SuiteCloud
