SuitePromotions - Buy a Specific item, get a different specific item free

I have been looking into SuitePromotions and have not figured out if this can be done.

I need to set up a promotion where if a Customer purchases a Specific Item 123XYZ, then we will add another specific item (456ABC) to the sales order at no charge.

Is this even possible? Thanks for any help in advance.
