Equity Account Not Available in Vendor Bill > Expenses Subtab

There are equity accounts that can be used in Vendor Bill, but some are not showing in the dropdown list. What might be the reason?

I compared the account that is not showing to the other equity account that is showing in the dropdown list and the only difference is that the subsidiary include children checkbox is checked in the account that is not showing in the dropdown list while the other account the subsidiary is multi-selected.

Also, I can no longer edit the subsidiary to uncheck the include children and make it multi selected.
