Hi All

I tried to follow these steps but not able to find Issue Notification Section in Set Preferences though I login as Administrator Role?

Is there a different Set Preferences window I missed out?

In addition to the ability to monitor and review your Enhancement statuses through the NetSuite Account Center, NetSuite now offers automated Enhancement Notification e-mails. You can select between 7 different notification options to receive e-mails when one of your Enhancement's status changes as follows:

  1. Support > NetSuite Account Center >
  2. On the left hand side, under Settings, click Set Preferences
  3. In the Issue Notification section, define when to get notifications and to which e-mail(s) to send it to.
