How to delete or remove the sales rep from the system?
Hi All,
I want to delete or remove the sales representative from the system ,
which is appearing in the primary,secondary and tertiary sales rep list.
But this sales rep is associated / tied up to few sales orders in the system.
Can anyone help us how to delete the sales rep from the system so that it will not appear in the drop down list for the newly creating sales order in the Net suite.
Things tried as of now:
Have made the employee as inactive in the employee list.
Then when I tried to delete the value from the Sales Rep list it's giving the below error
