File Drag and Drop not Working in Chrome
We have a strange situation: for ONE user in our environment, when she tries to use File Drag and Drop to attach a file to any record type (when using the Chrome browser), she is unable to do so. To note:
- Everyone else in the company uses Chrome and does not have an issue with File Drag and Drop. They are able to attach files to a record or transaction without issue.
- It is not a permissions issue in NetSuite. Said user has at least Edit permissions to all the record types she is to which she is trying to add a file.
