dashboard KPI amounts to update when subsidiary navigator is changed

Hello, we run one world and use the subsidiary navigator on our admin dashboard. We also run the KPI on admin dashboard. Problem is the KPI data is not updating when a different company is chosen, or when the top parent company is choosen the KPI doesnt reflect the combined company amounts.

It is working on one employees but not the others. Is there a preference that assigns the action?
