SSS_CONNECTION_TIME_OUT error

Hi All.

I tried to add an item in the Sales Order and also in Invoice in Production but it threw an “SSS_CONNECTION_TIME_OUT” The host you are trying to connect to is not responding.; ID: error. This error is from an Client Script which is installed by a Bundle. I am able to add that item in the Sandbox, the issue occurred only in the Production. Please advice.
