Advanced Manufacturing - How does downtime (breaks/lunches) accounted for in the GL
I'm trying to figure out how Netsuite accounts and factors for downtime due to lunch and breaks. Let me caveat this by saying that I'm still getting up to speed on how Netsuite works and I'm not an accountant so maybe my understanding on how things 'should' flow/work from a data perspective are inaccurate.
Here is what I'm seeing along with an example for production data for 9/21:
- Labor/Run time is being accurate captured and rolled up for the day (9/21) in the work order completion. We had two shifts, logging 477 & 87 minutes respectively. Since these were completed on 9/21, these roll up to the 564 minutes we see in the work order completion and also in Work Order->Production Data->AM Production Results.
