Is it possible to have a workflow and it will create a new class whenever there is a new customer?
We have this use case that Class field has to be the middle bridge between a third party system to NetSuite. For every new customer, we create a Class for it, using the same name. And once the transactions syncs from third party to NetSuite, the name first live in the Class field, and we again assigns it back to the Customer record. This is not very efficient, but currently the only way under that third party system.
So the ask is, can we create a workflow, and upon creation of the new customer, a new class with the same name can be created. I think it might require a script, but would be great to know if it can be done under workflows as well. Thank you!
