Delete Item Receipt without accounting impact and period closed

Hi Team,

We have a scenario where:

We are using non-inventory items.

We have Item Receipts with no GL Impact of these items and after period closed we want to delete these transaction but NetSuite is not allowing.

Is there any permission we need to add to the role?

As there's no GL impact on transaction, is there any other reason to avoid delete action?
