View Login audit trail log , IP address with hardware MAC address

Hi, All Gurus,

We have extract the login audit trail log, there doesn't have any information for which devices that connected to NetSuite System.

Is there any way to extract the device information (ie: MAC address , serial number of the laptop)?

Please check and advise.
