How to resolve CSV Import Error - Invalid Item Reference Key?

I'm trying to use the CSV Import to upload some invoices from .csv file and continue to get this error message no matter what I have in the field tied to the NetSuite field Invoice - Items : Item (Req). I've tried the item internal ID, the name of the item, the name (which is a number), etc. but still getting this error message every time. What am I missing?
