New to NetSuite | NSPB: Set up Global Mapping and Period Mapping in Data Exchange
Some pages in Data Management have been decommissioned which includes the Period Mapping page. To establish the mapping relationship by defining a period mapping between NetSuite ERP and EPM (NSPB Application), the user must now complete this task through Data Exchange
1. Navigate to Application > Data Exchange
2. On the Data Integration page, click Actions
3. Click Period Mapping
4. On the Global Mapping tab, click +
5. Populate the inserted row with the following:
- Period Key – click the Calendar icon to select a period
- Prior Period Key – click the Calendar icon to select a period
- Period Name – Enter the Period in the format appropriate for your data load. (This is usually in
