Why is my After Field Edit workflow action not working on Return Authorizations?
Hi There
I have a workflow running on a return authorisation record type on view, edit or create.
The workflow should be populating field values based on the user's selection in other fields:
Sometimes, the "type of return" will already be prepopulated if the user is creating the return authorisation from a case.,
I have a before record load action for that scenario.
Otherwise, if the return is created from another transaction type or as a stand alone, the user will need to set this field.
Once they have done this, the 'role responsible-first approver' field should populate.
Once the 'role responsible-first approver' field is populated, the 'first approver'; field should populate.
