Can't add report shortcut to dashboard

Hello,

When trying to add a report to the dashboard I am getting the following error:

Items you have requested in the record have been deleted since you retrieved the form.

Report is working as planned but when in customization and trying to add a shortcut via the More option is top righthand corner I am getting this message.
