Flexi Approvals Training Documentation

Hello - Please advise where I can find documentation on Flexi Approvals. The only thing I've managed to find so far are some videos in the Oracle Video Hub. I need to understand the functionality in more detail to try to resolve issues we are currently experiencing in our LIVE environment
