System notes times

Hi All,

I am just wondering if anyone can advise the time zones with system notes. Is the time displayed in the time zone the user is in when creating the change or is the time displayed according to the user viewing the system notes?

For example, user A makes a change on an item record, the local time is 4pm. User B is in a different time zone and is one hour ahead of user A. When user B is looking at the system notes, do they see 4pm or 5pm?
