New To NetSuite | Customizing Basic Layouts

As you embark on your NetSuite journey, you'll inevitably come across the standard printing layouts, including Transaction Form HTML and PDF formats.

These basic layouts can be personalized to some extent, but their customization options are somewhat limited, displaying labels above the data and has a black background color. You can also introduce additional fields to the form by incorporating custom elements.

Here are the steps for customizing your basic transaction forms:

1.   Go to Customization > Forms > Transaction Form PDF Layouts

2.  Choose the layout you wish to modify and click the "Customize" button beside it.

If you prefer to create a new custom layout based on the existing one, click "Edit," then provide a name for the new layout and click "Save As."
