OpenAir Production & Sandbox Maintenance – November 18, 2023

This communication is to notify you of a service interruption on November 18, 2023 while we perform maintenance that will impact access to both your OpenAir production and sandbox account.

OpenAir Production: Scheduled for a service interruption of approximately 6-8 hours on Saturday November 18, 2023 beginning at 10:00AM ET. Also, scheduled jobs will be paused about 6 hours prior to this maintenance window.

OpenAir Sandbox: Scheduled for a service interruption of approximately 30 minutes on Saturday November 18, 2023 beginning at 10:30AM ET. Also, scheduled jobs will be paused about 6 hours prior to this maintenance window.

Any users logged in during the service interruption period will need to log out and log back in after the maintenance completes in order to restore service.
