how to automate csv file from HR system to NetSuite System

Hi, Gurus,

We have a separated system called i-HRMS system, they will prepare the csv format with salary, gl code and department and etc.

Then we will use that file to upload it to our NetSuite System.

According to our i-HRMS system, they are using SQL and we need to provide them the API information to push the data to Oracle NetSuite system.

Example : every month when HR completed the payroll, they will retrieve the journal data from iHRMS and push the data via API to Oracle NetSuite (as per below diagram)

Any advise on how to automate this csv file by importing the file as journal entry to NetSuite System ?
