How to add Record url to a Customer Saved Search?

I created a Customer Saved Search and I need to add each customer's NetSuite record url in a separate column, to the saved search. I know my saved search has "Edit/View" in the first column and the dashboard link will both take me to the customer record.

I am loading data into a 2nd application and need to place the record link to the NetSuite record in the 2nd application for a history load.

Has anyone attempted/done this that might provide some hints?
