Action Required: Update Eurobank Bank Feeds on November 9, 2023
This notice s intended for customers who are using the NetSuite Bank Feeds SuiteApp.
What is Changing?
On Thursday, November 9, 2023, the authorized Account Information Service Provider (AISP) for NetSuite will update their system for Eurobank to improve connection to the financial institution site.
This change only affects existing Eurobank connections that are:
- Connected to Eurobank Greece.
- Created through the Connect to Europe Accounts format profile.
Important: If you do not complete the procedures outlined in the Required Actions section on Thursday, November 9, 2023, your current automated Eurobank bank feeds process will fail beginning on November 10, 2023.
Imports from your existing Eurobank (Greece) bank feeds connections will fail for the following services:
