Gross Profit Average not correct

I have numerous searches that do not total the average correctly. In this case, I want to see the gross profit average of items sold on a customers dashboard. However, the total itself shows the average of individual percentage rather than from the total revenue and total cogs. How can I correct this? This came with the NetSuite package but obviously it is not correct.

I have found this to be the case with average days to pay and average days overdue.

Below is an example where it actually closer to 18%.

Note that I want to salespeople to see the product detail and averages but want it showing up on the dashboard correctly and not this average of percent which is no way correct.
