Can we use C library in SS

Hello, I am exploring integrating Netsuite with a system and for that, it is necessary to use their libraries written in C-language. I don't have the source code, just the headers, dll and lib files. Does anyone have any experience doing this in NetSuite? Is it even possible to use C libraries in JS/ NetSuite scripts?
