OpenAir Production Maintenance – December 9, 2023
Some OpenAir customers will be notified separately about upcoming maintenance that will impact access to their Production account.
This communication is to notify you of a service interruption on December 9, 2023 beginning at 10:00AM ET while we perform maintenance that will impact access to your OpenAir production account.
OpenAir Production: Scheduled for a service interruption of approximately 3 hours on Saturday December 9, 2023 beginning at 10:00AM ET. Also, scheduled jobs will be paused about 6 hours prior to this maintenance window.
Any users logged in during the service interruption period will need to log out and log back in after the maintenance completes in order to restore service.
