[Role Permissions] Editing Customer Data
Hi All,
We are in the process of reviewing our Role permissions and are looking to clarify whether it is possible restrict certain roles (specifically our Sales Team roles) to be able to edit only certain parts of a customer's record.
For example, they should be able to edit customer contact details, but not customer class or region allocation (though they should be able to view these details).
Is this degree of restriction possible within NetSuite? I have had a look both on the software and online and cannot find anywhere to edit restrictions that are this specific.
If any other information would help, please do let me know.
