How to change quantity on transfer order if partially fulfilled / shipped
Hello,
We have the case when items are cancelled (Initial Item fulfillment is not fully shipped), we are not able to change the quantity in transfer order to indicate Netsuite not need to backorder or commit pending quantity.
Exemple : for a line when "2" quantity is Set :
- 1 is shipped, not yet received
- 1 is till pending (commited or backordered).
Quantity field is not editable even if the transfer is firmed or not and we can not close the line as shipped item is not yet received.
Then how to delete remaining quantity from line before the reception ?
