Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

How to hide x accounts that are system accounts in NetSuite from end users?
Can I hide X Accounts that are system accounts in NetSuite from end users?
We had a not so good data migration when NetSuite was implemented. A few of the Parent Item records were mapped to accounting expense X accounts, that are system accounts.
Is there a workflow or script that can stop end users from applying and/or processing transactions that affect implementation data migration transactions with X accounts?
As I try to clean up the data, I need to stop the end users from processing any transaction in NetSuite Production that is map to an X account, because it is a pain point to reopen accounting periods and create multiple journal entries to fix a transaction on that has been recorded to the balance sheet and income statement.
