Missing Customer Payment On Bank Reconciliation

Hi Guys

I have a number of customer payments (status = Deposited) that do not appear in the bank account reconciliation in pending, matched or exception.

The status of the invoice is paid in full but it simply doesnt appear in the bank reconciliateion (the bank account is correct also).
