How to remove FAM Depreciation History Tab on All Transactions Forms?

I'm trying to remove that tab from PO form in particular, and followed this suite answer 1013996, but I don't see the 3rd step,  Unlock/Unhide Component for PSG. when i'm on the bundle. Please advise, thank you!
