Better ways to export stock inventory data out of NetSuite?
We went live with NetSuite in February this year.
Once of the tasks I do each day is to update the stock inventory files on our ftp sites.
I run reports in NetSuite, export them out to csv files save them as an Excel macro files and then use VBA code to put the data in the format I need it in.
I then use FileZilla to upload files to ftp sites. Below is a sample of what’s uploaded.
At the moment the stock files contains the following fields:
Item_Code, Item_Description, Colour_Description, Size_Description, AvailableQty, Barcode, Item_Status but i would like to add more in the new year.
