Why is my Custom field not working for role other than Admin?
Hi Team,
I am stuck on this and am hoping there is a quick solution, maybe something I am overlooking?
I created a custom transaction body field called Sales Rep and set it as a free-text field. I put {USER.ALTNAME} in the default value. The aim is that when a user opens a new SO form, their name defaults in as Sales Rep, however they can change it if the SO is being raised on behalf of another. There is another field called Sales Rep Contact that defaults in the user's email address but again, we want to be able to edit this field.
