Report or a saved search to pull the details of transactions that hit cash account

Hello, is it possible to generate a report or saved search that retrieves the details of the counterpart transactions associated with cash entries? For instance, if a transaction credits cash with 5k and has a debit side with 10 lines across different accounts totaling 5k, is there a method to extract the detailed information for those various accounts? Currently, our process involves running the register for each account.
