Why is the Saved Search with customized message not working with grouped results?
Hey all,
Hoping someone can tell me where I'm having an issue. We have a SS to return results from a PO, based on earliest ship date. The SS returns the correct results in the UI, but the custom email doesn't does not. What am I missing here
PURCHASE ORDER
SS RESULTS SETUP
CORRECT RESULTS FROM SS UI
SS CUSTOM MESSAGE SETUP
SS EMAIL - INCORRECT
What do I need to do to have the email follow the grouping options that the UI follows?
